I like the Keurig K-Supreme, it's great for the office. My only issue has been when descaling time comes. I've had to call for replacement the last 3 times I think. Not sure what is going on but it just stops working at some point during the descaling process.
The top doesn't go flush once a Kcup, of any brand, is put in. It's annoying but as long as it works
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my third Keurig coffee maker…usually last straw is when it says add water, and the carafe is full. I thought I was getting a similar model, but only one level of hot and strength to choose from. Pretty basic coffee maker for the price.
