Excellent coffee -small counter footprint

The Keurig K-Cup Supreme was picked by us because it takes up minimal counter space in our small apartment. We found it makes excellent coffee - as good or better than the coffee Filter container we previously used. It also has the advantage that we have tried (and liked) various other coffee treats (such as French Vanilla, Espresso, etc.) that would be hard to do easily if you had to to buy multiple 1lb ground coffee cans. The first machine we had ran into a problem - it just stopped brewing and it probably was a software problem. We had no trouble getting a warranty replacement and new machine works perfectly. We highly recommend this appliance only sorry we didn't think of buying it sooner.

Replacement Keurig is doing the same thing as the one it replaced.
It rips the top of the pod between the 3 holes and grinds come out into the coffee cup.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some good features

This is a replacement one and I find it takes too long to make one cup of coffee which I would have got the one that makes a pot pluse a single serve. Not too happy
