This was a warranty replacement issue. I’m happy to say that KEURIG made the whole process very simple and stress free. We are a several time repeat buyer!
I had to call numerous times b4 any "real" action was taken, altho my Keurig WAS finally replaced after several months. Need a cleaner streamlined process for consumers.
I love my single serve coffee maker. Its slim design is perfect and fits anywhere. I was extremely pleased with the warranty service. After calling and submitting proof of purchase, I had a new machine 4 days later. I appreciate this service because I do love this coffee maker. It has been perfect
I really like this model - simpler and less that can go wrong. I suggest taking care of it according to the company cleaning recommendation and using Keurig chemicals so it will last longer.
I am very pleased with the replacement of my machine. The warranty process was simple and fast. You realize when you don't have a Kuerig how much you miss one. I had to default to our old school coffee maker and it is too much like work. I just wish our first unit would not have a stopped working as it was not even a year old and we take extremely good care of it. We love Keurig and will always continue to use your product.
