Drips horribly

From the 1st brewed cup, the out flow into the cup is a DRIP, DROP, SPLASH. Regardless of the k-cup itself, the "quick drip drops" are splashing all over around the mug and counter top. I have to lift and hold my cup in place while brewing since day 1! Frustrating!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wish I had kept my other Keurig just in case...

The only thing I like about it is the sleek design. It fits nicely on my counter. The first thing I noticed is how my coffee comes out with a burnt taste. No matter what brand of coffee I use it tastes burnt. Yuck. The other issue I am having is with the coffee grounds in my coffee. Every single cup I make is filled with coffee grounds. Sometimes it is just a little amount of grounds, but most of the time it is filled and I am dumping more cups of coffee down the sink than I am drinking. So it seems this was a waste of money in terms of the unit and I am wasting money on the the K-cups if I am dumping more than I am drinking. Very unhappy with this coffee maker.
