This is my 3rd Keurig. The other two quit working altogether. I only use it once a day so they should not be failing that quickly. If this one goes out on me, I will be purchasing a different brand.
+After about 9 months, our K-Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker died. I was very disappointment, since we loved it. We contacted Keurig, and from my registration, they knew that the warranty was still in effect. After giving them some information from the broken coffee maker, they sent me a new one right away. So easy and pleasant to deal with Keurig.
This is a free replacement Kuerig and it's doing great. I had my last one under 1 year when it stopped working. Love my Kuerig especially in the mornings, that first cup.
This was a replacement for our previous brewer, identical. My only issue is that regardless of the care received these brewers seem to wear out within 3 years or less. They just suddenly stop working, no warning!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
