I purchased this two days ago. I have already chipped the water tank, it flops around, and moved every time you put a pod in. I would think it would be of better quality for the price. Coffee seems fine just not the best-made product.

My purchase was on October 1, and once the clean cycle was completed, so was the Keurig K-Supreme. It never powered on again. After two phone calls, confusing directions and a new machine delivery, the replacement works. The problem I am encountering is twice, the pod has failed in a way that left the coffee cup, and the brewer full of coffee grounds. The first time, I carefully cleaned the machine and decided it must have been my fault. The second time, not so much. I've cleaned the machine, did several empty brews to clear all grounds, and moved forward. The pods in question were Starbucks Holiday blend - under a Keurig label. As long as you don't mind traces of grounds in your coffee, it works okay.

I had some issues with my original brewer shortly after getting it and had great experiences in dealing with their customer service department. All sellers need to adopt their practices when dealing with the public. You've kept a loyal customer.
Great look, compact but after exchanging for a new one from Keurig I'm still having same issue. The first few seconds of brewing are all water, coffee is more watered down and doesn't taste as good as on old Keurig.
Looks great but the gimmicky multistream pods suck

Makes slightly better coffee than the classic... big con is the reusable pod for the multistream is terrible. I actually modified one of my old reusable k-cup pods from my classic and it worked just as good as Keurig's (actually a bit better since it didn't require removing the original k-cup holder which doesnt cause as much splattering during the brewing process) That being said, Neither one makes a good cup of coffee, unless you're trying to quit. Then it's perfect. Watery tasteless fluid that has you craving a cup of tea or just about anything else to erase the memory of the worst cup of (slightly) coffee flavored water you've ever had.
I am so happy with my new Supreme Coffee Maker. The coffee process completes in seconds and with the "strong" option I am pleasantly pleased every morning. I have been using Keurig for years, but this new series beats them all! Also, very pleased with customer service when I needed them.
