I'm not happy with it and would like to return it for credit. The canister is smaller than I thought and the lid doesn't close completely. How can I return it for credit?

There is a definite defect within this model. Ive gone through 5 K-Supreme single serve coffee makers. NONE of them close down completely when I use the My K cup, using my own coffee. Ive tried to make this information avaliable, but to no avail. It is definitely something i believe there hiding, cause it cant be fixed.They just want you to use their own cups.
I like the brewer. I wish that the brew select buttons would light up. You put the pod in. Select a brew level, e.g. strong, but the brew levels are not lit. You have to turn on under cabinet light to see the button, select, then press the button to start the machine.

The grey color is great and the smaller footprint is good for saving counter space. I like the 4 cup size options.

Would like my coffee Warmer

Last month, I got this coffee maker to replace the one that failed to heat properly. This new one heats coffee a bit better but doesn't quite meet my expectations. My 10 year old Keurig was much better coffee was much hotter and flaverfil.

There's no warmup time to wait for is really nice.

It's a great coffee maker with the new multi-stream technology. What is really nice is the fast brewing time due to no warmup time needed.
Brews fast and leaves a ton of grounds in each cup. Five holes is too many.

I own two Keurig Supreme coffee pots. Both keurig have needed to be replaced after two years. We live six months in each place so I really only use the keurig for six months each year. I dont want to replace them again so will have to consider another brand in the future. I am not a happy Keurig owner.
