I like this model because of the larger water tank. however, I don't like that i have to lift the lid, after first serve, to add additional water using same pod. the machine with a single serve & pot has this feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got this for my 91 yr old mom, easy set up, simple user interface, and delish coffee. the multi water injection makes for much more tasty and full flavor! thanks again for the simple, modern design, and handle on the water container!

I’ve had this before in black and it began leaking after a few years. I purchased the white for something different. What I don’t like about their one is the lever fits flat with no pod in it but when you put a pod in to brew, it sits about a 1/4 of an inch high. Is this a defect?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received a replacement. The replacement power stopped working after 10 days. There is a problem with unit. They should have external reset button. I could not have coffee on New Year's Day. very disapointing. I have not Keurig yet.
