I hope this lasts because it's a great system. I like you can change the amount of coffee that is brewed and I don't have to fill the tank every day. Also as a Keurig you can count on quality.
I bought this specifically to save some room on my counter, and I like having the feature to make my coffee stronger too. It makes great coffee except for one thing: It does not brew my Cameron eco pods, which is good coffee. It brews clear because they are shorter, and the holes do not get punched in them. The older model brewed them no problem, so that is the one disappointing factor of this machine. I need to experiment more, and maybe I will get it to work by making holes in the pods, but I really shouldn't have to do that.
Just love this new coffee maker. In the past we have always had the very large ones and this is such a nice sleek design. A couple things I really like about this is that you can have the water reservoir in the back or you can have it on the side depending on what your countertop looks like. I also like the brewing circle on the top. My eyes are a little fuzzy in the morning and when I turn it on it’s blinking and I can see it really well. I also like the option for the strong brew, although I have not used that, my husband has, and he said it is definitely stronger. Our other Keurig only had one pierce in the K-cup and this has five. You can definitely tell the difference in the taste of your coffee. That is why I don’t have to use the strong setting. I would definitely recommend this, in fact I bought another one for our daughter.
I have been using Keurig over 10 yrs and wouldn't use nothing else. Love the coffee and convenience of K-cups. This is by far the best of the best. I absolutely love this Keurig. Love how slim it is and love that the water reservoir has a handle for easier feeling. Hands down the best Keurig yet....
This is my 4th model, and my 7th Keurig machine. I’m well versed in the performance, and lack-of performance with Keurig brewers. I genuinely like this one, but there are issues. The biggest one is that I have to —Microwave— my freshly brewed 10oz cup, or settle for drinking it lukewarm. Nowhere does it say what temperature a brewed cup should register. I don’t think it’s asking too much for that to be published. Nor should it be used to force someone into purchasing one with temp control, I.e., spending more money, especially since ALL previous brewers were hot when brewed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve had the single-serve coffee pot for 3 weeks and I am happy with it. The coffee tastes better with the 5 pins spreading water over a larger area. Some people have complained about grinds in the cup, but I have learned that you can’t press the pod into the machine; you need to gently lay the pod into the machine and let the top of the machine push it down. Perfect coffee every time.
