Same problems. Only made 2oz . I have to reset 8 minutes to get 10oz. Tastes burned. Now I have to put two tablespoons of water in my cup before I brew it.

Great coffee maker for simple coffee on demand

This system heats up quickly and will have a hot cup of coffee in your hands fire you know it. Used both pre packaged k cups and reusable k cups. I prefer the plus version that allows for a range of temp and strength but this one will brew a wonderful cup regardless.

So far this coffee maker works very well. Easy to setup and add water and produces instant hot fresh coffee. Works well with no issues so far. The only thing I noticed tis that when you put in the K-Cup and close the lid there is a space and looks like it doesn't close all the way. But no leaks and make coffee fine.

Been using Keurig machines for over 10 years, and it's hard to beat them for a quick cup of coffee when you're bleary eyed in the morning. This is my 2nd K-supreme machine, replacing one that broke in less than 2 years. The size of this machine is great for small spaces, but unfortunately, this K-supreme model doesn't heat the water hot enough to get a full extraction from a k-cup, so the coffee tastes weak. I've found that running an 8 oz. "preheat" cycle before putting in a k-cup helps, but then I'm doubling the time it takes to get coffee in the mug which kind of defeats the convenience benefit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had one of the original Keurig models and it had gotten quite old, slow, and noisy. So I searched for an updated model and was overwhelmed with the choices. But I finally settled on this one, which I regard as "top of the line." It seems to have all of Keurig's latest features, including the Multi-stream Technology.
All I can say is "Wow!" This machine is very fast, with virtually no warmup required, it's very quiet, and the coffee it delivers, almost from any K-cup at all, is just excellent. I've been amazed to find that most of the various coffees I had in my pantry produced very good coffee after all.
Get one of these -- you won't be disappointed at all/
