love the ease of using this coffee maker. Also, the coffee is very delicious wheter I use ready to go pods or my own coffee in a reusable pod. I was gifted my first one by my daughter and this is a second I am buying for my second home. I don't know why it took me so long to get a Kuerig!

Great machine, but I needed a replacement before 1 year of use. Make sure to claim your warranty for all Keurig machines just in case. Hopefully that's not common for other buyers. It heats up fast, barely any wait time to start brewing. Multiple brew sizes as well as Strong and Iced options. Turns on and shuts off when in use and after brewing on its own. No annoying settings to deal with. Narrow size with adjustable water reservoir that can be mounted on the side or the back as a space saver on your counter. Overall one of my favorite Keurig machines if not my #1 choice. The more expensive machines are a bit annoying and not as convenient.
