This replaces the third Keurig we have had burn up following the exact cleaning instructions on the Keurig cleaner. They overheat while cleaning unless you let it cool between cycles! Will never buy another one!

Would not recommend. This was a replacement to the same item. We had the original one less than 8 months, replacement coffee maker does not brew coffee right, even with the Keurig k cups (only brand we use). The first one (same model) started smoking and quit working.

Coffee is brewed quickly and hot. My only complaint is that special cups had to be purchased and that wasn’t mentioned during the ordering process
