We bought our first k-supreme single serve coffee maker in june 2025. 5 months later it wouldn't turn on anymore but Kerig made it right and sent us a new on right away with another 1 year warranty.
This is my third replacement coffee maker, they seem to break in the cleaning process. I follow the instructions to descale but for some reason they fail and need replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
