I was very impressed with the warranty process. When my Keurig ceased functioning, I called Keurig and the operator walked me thru a number of tests to prove the condition. After that I just submitted the asked for information and within a week I had a brand new (replacement) Keurig on my kitchen counter. Fwiw, the newer Keurig is quieter than the older version. I hope it lasts a long as my first Keurig (7 yrs).
This the 4th copy of that unit we bought. Not because we love it so much, because it keeps breaking and we have a stash of pods we need to use. It usually breaks 1-2 months after the warranty expires but I guess we got lucky this time and it broke after 2 months.
