Nice machine, just overheated and died after first descaling process. We restarted the thermocouple inside, and could turn the machine back on afterwards, but water still wasn't being pumped.
I much prefer the keurig with the multiple holes, it makes a much better cup of coffee. They don't last as long as they used to unfortunately.
I would recommend this to a friend!
