Single serve coffeemakers are the best invention since the percolator! And Keurig is approaching perfection with theirs. My K-Supreme is both faster and quieter than my previous coffeemaker. My only "complaints" are that it needs to be just a bit taller, as it cannot accommodate my tallest travel mug, even with the drip tray removed; also, the design of Keurig's refillable k-cup leaves a lot to be desired. There are more practical ones available in the aftermarket.

Very disappointed

The replacement product is just as bad as the first one. The problem isn’t so much the machine as it is with the coffee pods from green Mountain coffee. The foil on top of the pod is so thin that when the five holes are punched in the top it splits the foil and the grounds and water come out and go all over. Every time I make coffee I have to do a rinse. I have been a long time user of Keurig products, lately the 2.0 model. The pump failed and they don’t make this model anymore. It was a good workhorse.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
