I was shocked when I called Keurig for help when my machine broke and they offered to send me a free replacement. It arrived in 2 days and works perfectly. Great response and service!
Warranty Replacement was great, no problems. I use my Keurig daily and I don't know what I would do without it. I have had two previous units and I have been very pleased with them.
These machines work fine until you have to descale them. This is my 4th or 5th replacement machine. Once the descale light comes on and I have gone through the steps for descaling, the machine, every last one, would no longer work. Couldn't get it to turn back on. Happened every time. I believe there is a defect in the design of this machine. Yes, the machines are under warranty and have always been replaced but why does it no longer work after the very 1st descaling? No one seems to really care apparently.
