I called Keurig because the one I bought a couple of months back would not come on. They tried to trouble shoot it and when that didn’t work, they sent out a new one.
Great counter-top size, large water reservoir (with water filter), multi-stream for delicious coffee, strong coffee option, easy to use, and makes a quick cup of coffee. Purchased the white which looks beautiful with our other white appliances. Sometimes doesn't want to brew the whole 10-12 ounces requested, so may have to push the 6 oz again to get a full cup, but doesn't happen too often. Very happy with this purchase and hope it lasts as many years as our prior Keurig.

The replacement of my Keurig supreme was very quick and very easy to provide the information necessary for the process. I wish other companies were this easy to work with to get a replacement.
