These machines are horrible! Turn off mid-cup, push grounds into coffee. This is the replacement and it does the same thing the first one did. Even purchased a different Keurig model and it does the same thing. Huge problems with components or quality control in mfg that clearly have not been addressed by Keurig. Switching to another brand.
We just got our repacement Kcup, and one thing we noticed was that whether we press the 8, 10, or 12 ounce button, the same amount of water is used. Not too happy about that.
Okay, I'm in love with this coffee maker. I get up a little groggy, press a couple of buttons and in moments there is a fresh, delicious cup of coffee to enjoy.
After 3 months of use and we did the descaling process and then it would never turn on. This is an issue with this model after reading multiple reviews. Keurig Cust Svc was great and did ship a new replacement (we had the receipts and still under warranty) but we don't hold high hopes it'll make it past the descaling process again. We won't buy this model again.
Removed rubber gasket around bottom needle. Problem solved. The gasket wouldn’t allow enough flow of coffee into the cup, causing increased pressure in the k cup and resulted in overflow of grounds into the cup. The following were ruled out as an issue in old and replacement machines: filter water used, never required descaling, but done anyway. All needles intact and sharp. Correct k cups used appropriately. I would not recommend this item unless it was a free replacement. Value for money: poor since I have had to replace every machine I’ve owned. Quality is poor due to the same. If you need to replace, be sure to register your product prior to contacting the seller or company.
