I did not know exactly what to expect. The design is architectural and very functional. So far it has made great cups of coffee, tea, and anything in a Kcup I can find that sounds good. This new Keurig is replacing a Keurig that is still working like a champ. I intend to donate it to Purple Heart. What I really think is super is the fact that you can choose the size of your cup of java. or hot chocolate. The water is ready and just waiting for your brew,

I absolutely love my new Keurig! It gives me the ability to make strong coffee! I love the look. It’s so easy to fill the tank too. I’ve had Keurig coffee makers for years and always will. I bought this a couple of months ago, a replacement for my prior Keurig.
After the descaling light came on, I performed the process. However, the light wouldn't go off. After a 2nd attempt to descale didn't work, I contacted the service center. The rep was very responsive and took time to figure out the problem and they identified it as a defect. I was given a new Keurig. It arrived quickly. These machines are great and the service is great too. I highly recommend anyone looking for a coffee pod machine to get the Keurig. They have several types to fit to any needs.

I bought several weeks ago. Love all features. Great cup of coffee and so easy to get cup of hot cwater for my British cuppa. Definitely recommend
