This company stands behind their products better than any other company I do business with….If you have a problem with your unit, they work with you to get it fixed, replace a necessary part and if all else fails and the unit is in warranty or close to it they replace the unit…I would never buy any other brand of a coffee maker…thanks for being the great company you are! And brewing a great cup of coffee..
