Bought two unit within two years both quit working in less than a year each. Was able to get the second one warranted and replaced no charge. If the replacement fails within a year I’m probably finished with Keurig.
The warranty replacement was perfect. It took a little bit of time to get the photo of the serial number correct. After that everything went smooth and quickly. Thank you KEURIG.
Fantastic coffee maker took it on a float trip so the entire family could have excellent coffee for breakfast and throughout the day worked like a charm for 10 adults for three days
We have purchased several Keurig machines over the years, but this one made my wife mad, so we ended up buying the same kind we had before (bigger). You can't stop it from turning off, it didn't always realize it had water in it, and it was not as stable (rickety) were her main complaints. Other than that, it was okay.
