Some pads will just not work in this coffee Maker it sprays water all over and doesn't go through the pods. I wish they would have told us that before we bought it. You would think being a pod machine most pods would work. This is not the case. The one I had replaced every time i would touch a button the machine would shut off.
We’ve been using Keurig coffee makers for years. We recently had the K-Supreme coffee maker which we loved for its compact size. However, one morning it suddenly wouldn’t even turn on. It was as if a fuse had blown. Fortunately it was still under warranty. All we had to do was provide proof of purchase, including a photo of the serial number on the coffee maker. We were shipped a new replacement coffee maker from Keurig.
We purchased a keurig a few months ago and it didn’t work any more, I called keurig and it got replaced pretty quickly. I wish it wouldn’t have broken so fast but glad that I had the warranty. Now I’m enjoying my coffee again!
I’m sorry to say, the replacement machine I was initially thankful to receive; (after our last machine stopped working 🤷🏽♀️?) ALSO seems to be faulty 🥲. Although I have been using Keurig for years, I’m disappointed in the machines I have been purchasing. They do not close tightly, they feel flimsy in structure, and are inconsistent in brewing. I don’t often leave a review unless helpful and positive, BUT I believe although negative; this will also prove helpful and money saving for some. After spending the weekend with my sister’s Nespresso machine…. I highly suggest doing your homework before buying ✌🏾
