I enjoy most of the things about the K Supreme. The only problem is it doesn't get the coffee quite hot enough. I wish I had gotten the Supreme with 3 heats. My old traditional Keurig got much hotter, so I thought this would be at least as hot.

High praise for Keurig for a super fast and easy process in replacing a unit under warrant. The K-Supreme is a great unit. We turn the reservoir 90 degrees to mount at the back so it fits in a narrow space in our "coffee bar" area. Love sitting on the front porch (retired) in the morning with my cup of Keurig made coffee waving to everyone leaving for work.
This is a replacement maker. So far it performs as it should, not like the one it replaced. Keurig was fast to relace tge orginal maker. A new warranty covers the replacement maker.
