I love this coffee maker. It's the first thing my husband and I use in the morning after we wake up. It works well and is easy to use. I gave it 3 stars due the color I wanted to purchase being out of stock for months. I also gave it 3 stars because we have had to replace it with the warranty 2 times because they just shut off and stopped working after less than a year of use. It also doesnt make the amount of ounces you push. Any option you select (8oz, 10oz, or 120oz), it will brew a 1-2 oz less than the option you select to brew.

So far so good. We haven't had it long enough to have the coffee maker request that it needs to be descaled which is when our trouble began with the previous Keurig coffee maker. We followed the descaling instructions completely but the descale reminder light would not reset. Time will tell...
