Replacement Coffee Maker

This is a replacement coffee maker under warranty. The original one quit working properly after a month. Very disappointed seeing how my experience with Keurig products has been very positive. Very satisfied with the customer service and getting another one sent out. It did take a while to get, about 5 days. The jury is still out on the replacement, only had it for about a week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was hopeful that the multistream tech would help give better flavor. It might have, but my 13 dollar coffee machine makes a far superior tasting cup. I have tried everything to make a cup that isn't the least bit bitter on the K-Supreme, but it just brews far too quickly. I do not see the 1:30 saved as being worth drinking a subpar tasting cup of joe. I don't even bother with the actual pods. They turn out terrible every time. Grinding my own beans, it turns out "drinkable". The only upside I see to using a Keurig over my 13 dollar machine is not having to measure out the water and having a built in filter. Once again, not worth the trade off in price and flavor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the multistream

I loved my kerug but it died after only 6 days. Kerug sent me a replacement with no problems. Hope this lasts a very long time! I had my old kerug over 6 years with no issues.

Volume output issues

On my 3rd k supreme, the first 2 both had same issues. Worked fine for a couple weeks, then ran into volume issues. Units stopped putting out correct water volumes. Water filter also hindering correct outputs. On our 3rd unit, so far so good. 2 stars, which are reflected by unit issues. Customer support was "ok".

Perfect cup every time!

This was a replacement due to an electrical issue with my previous brewer. Sometimes electrical components are simply defective. Keurig sent a replacement after verifying my purchase and the issue. Truly enjoy a perfect cup of coffee every time!!

Makes a good cup of coffee!

*For using your own coffee, I highly recommend getting the PerfectPod Cafe Supreme reusable single serve coffee filter cup - it works perfectly for Keurig K-Supreme (and +) brewers. (I originally bought the 'My K-Cup Universal Reusable Coffee Filter' thinking it would work since it had the multistream openings and discovered it fits, but is not compatible - it splatters and makes a watery cup of coffee in this brewer.)
