I downsized my home and have moved my previous Keurig at least three times. The last move took its toll on the machine which was at least 10 years old so I opted to get this new smaller and sleeker Keurig. I love it. It brews quickly and the coffee is hot and flavorful.

Saves a ton of energy, shuts off by itself. Put a kcup in and close the lid, put in your cup size. It starts brewing very quickly. It is so quiet, no boiling water noise at all like all the others we have had. And the same when it finishes brewing, so quiet.

I bought this almost a month ago, and I’m not sure if I like it yet. The coffee is very weak, I thought you this new multi something the coffee is going to be strong but I’m wrong the coffee is not even strong when you press strong.

DOES NOT ACCEPT CHOCK FULL OF NUTS PODS

Have had the brewer for a couple of months replacing an older model. It brews great coffee withe the standard all plastic pods BUT DOES NOT PUNCTURE THE TOP OF THE CHOCK FULL OF NUTS BAG BOTTOM PODS, Which by the way brews a superior tasting coffee!!

Love the 5 hole technology! Am certain it helps improve flavor and strength. The first model had some technical problems: Time to Descale light remained on constantly, water temp was completely unreliable. I called Kuerig, and at no charge, they sent me a new machine, all problems resolved.
