This is a very good compact machine that constantly produces a good cup of coffee. However I have concerns about it's longevity. I just received my third warranty replacement unit. I have had three machines fail after eleven months of processing two cups a day. Thankfully Keurig has stands behind their products.

Very disappointed. This machine floods every single time I use it...from the very first use...it's a replacement. The first one started to burn up after I did a descale. I think this is the very worst model of Keurig!!!

I like the K-Supreme Single Serve very much. It is simple to use and prepares a cup of coffee very quickly. The taste and aroma are excellent, and my wife and I both get a fresh cup of coffee whenever we prefer. Occasional rinsing and descaling every few months or so are both simple.

I had to submit two emails to get the replacement and the "new" coffee maker doesn't work right. When I push down the top to secure the pod the top doesn't close all the way. After all the hassle I still have a bad product. I really don't want to go thru the hassle of more photos, etc. for another replacement. I expected better. This product needs a re-design.
