Great experience with Keurig. I had bought a single serve a few months back. One day I went to use it as always and it would not turn on so I called Keurig and they told me it was under warranty and got it replaced for me at no charge. To say the least I am very impressed and happy. This is my second Keurig and I will always buy this product.
Keurig, what happened to your attention to detail? This is the 2nd Keurig unit I have tried and it makes a MESS with every brew. I use a regular 12 oz mug and the drip splatters out of the mug onto the countertop and all over the unit. I have had other brands of pod makers that did not do this, (Ninja, and Hamilton Beach). I will be donating this Keurig to Goodwill and going back to Hamilton Beach. Maybe make your cup riser a wee bit higher!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
