I didn’t think there were still companies that would stand behind their product. Keurig not only stands behind their product, their warranty replacement is amazing. I called and told them what the issue was and they immediately told me not to worry about it, they would replace the product. They did not make me jump through a bunch of hoops or give me a hard time. They said they would send a replacement…and here is the amazing part…they did. I received a brand new replacement in less than a week. I was amazed then and I still am. I have bought Keurig for years because I really like their products and after this experience, I will always buy Keurig.
