I’m really loving my machine but the so called Keurig universal k cup refill doesn’t fit it. Too tall.

Thanks for your review! The new My K-Cup Universal Reusable Coffee Filter is compatible with all Keurig Home Coffee Makers. Please note, you need to remove the 2.0 adapter on the bottom of the accessory and the K-Cup Holder in your brewer in order for it to fit properly. I bought this back in December & normally don’t fill out warranties because their worthless until now or at least with your company their not. From now on I will because you never know when you’ll need to use the warranty. I’m a believer now.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. I would NEVER PURCHASE another product for this manufacturer again. I have gone through 2 of these models in less then 1.5 Years. Absolute garbage, cheaply made !!!!!!
