Coffee maker great and saves space. Had issue with Keurig cleaning solution and broke machine but, keurig replaced it cause of on going issue with the keurig liquid solution. Otherwise machine is great. Thks keurig for stepping up.
I had problems with my Keurig , called the number, spoke to a helpful lady and received a replacement approximately three weeks after I sent the faulty unit to Keurig. I can't ask for better than that !
The machine failed to turn back on once we did the recommended filter replacement and descaling operation. However once we contacted Keurig and submitted proper documentation the warranty claim was honored and replacement was sent within a few weeks.
This is a, "Great coffee maker!" I had an issue with my K-Supreme and I'm very happy to say that Keurig is a great company who proves they stand behind their products, cares what the consumer thinks and takes immediate action with genuine compassion!
Called Customer Care for help troubleshooting a "descale light" issue. Easily and quickly resolved by a warranty replacement! Glad I registered my brewer when I first got it. Keurig stands behind its products.
