I received a replacement because the machine consistently made watery coffee. I like my coffee strong. The new one seems to do the same thing. However, I’ve found by pulling gasket from the prongs, the coffee is much better. It might be a flaw as other maker did the same thing. Also, the pods I have are mesh with a foil top. Other types may perform better. I wouldn’t recommend this model with what I have experienced so far.
Love this coffeemaker! Love the fact that it makes 5 holes in my kcup to totally saturate the coffee. Makes a stronger, tastier cup! Love the strong and over ice buttons! This was a replacement for my other one that stopped working while under the warrantee. Love the cappuccino color too. My one that stopped working was also the cappuccino color.
I purchased the Keurig K-Supreme because my original Keurig, which was 19 years old, finally "died". Unfortunately after making several cups of coffee using different Keurig brands of K-cups but lots of grounds kept coming through into my cup. The coffee was simply undrinkable. I contacted Keurig and they immediately sent me a replacement. They made the process very easy. The replacement K-Supreme model is making a great cup of coffee without any grounds.
This is the perfect size and I'm amazed at how quickly it makes the perfect cup of coffee. It had 5 different size cups and strong for that extra kick. It's light weight and easy to move around.
This is the 3rd brewer we have had replaced (the last one actually started smoking), and this one is not sounding so good. It's extremely loud sounding like it's going to give out. I would prefer a newer brewer or different model, or at this point compensation for the ones we have had so that we can move on from Keurig all together. This has been nothing short of disappointing!!
