This is probably my 5th Keuring in 6' ish years. They tend to last about 14 months. Just long enough for the 1 year warranty to expire. The only reason I still use one, is bc Keurig sent me a replacement for the 4th Keurig that crapped out. I was going to move on to a different brand, but since they sent me a replacement, I will use it. This "brand new" machine is unpredictable in what size of coffee it will award me with, lol. I always choose the 12oz and I get anywhere from 6, 8, 10, or 12 oz each day. It's like a big surprise each morning. Just cheaply made like most things these days. Only gave them 2 stars because they actually replaced my most recent machine. BTW, yes I religiously descaled, changed the filter, and cleaned my machine. Just not built to last.
This Keuring replaced one that I had 5 months. That machine totally quit working immediately after a de-scaling. The trouble-shooting folks I talked to were helpful and arranged for me to get a new Keurig shipped. This coffee maker is a perfect match for my needs with many outstanding features, my favorites being ease of use and the "strong" setting. The three prong system seems to make stronger coffee, just the way I like it!
