Thank you Keurig for replacing my coffee maker that was less than a year old. And even though you said it would be about 10 days before I received my replacement unit I had it in 2 days! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I purchased this item 6 months ago and this one is a replacement for the original, which unfortunately stopped working. However, I received my replacement with little or no effort from Keurig and have had no problems with the replacement so far. I am glad because I love the taste that I get from the strong brew function on my Keurig Supreme.
This is a replacement for previous model I purchased (5 months), unfortunately technical problems rounded machine experience. I hope this one works better.
