I telephoned the help line and was very pleased with the person on the other end of the line. I simply described what was going on and was advised that the coffee maker I had was probably defective and a replacement would be sent to me. This is our 2nd Keurig. The first one last for quite a few years and we are looking forward to great coffee for quite a few years to come.
The fact that I needed a warranty replacement after 60 cups of coffee speaks volumes about the current quality (or lack thereof) of these new coffee makers. My previous Keurig lasted 8 years before I needed to replace it, and the new one lasted for 3 weeks. What's even more alarming is the amount of information posted to social media about people who have experienced the same problem. Have you addressed the thermal overload problem that renders this unit completely inoperable?
