I have purchased Keurig coffee makers for years. Over the past few years mine have stopped working at about the year mark. I purchased my last one under a year ago. I stopped working after a few months. I received a replacement. The replacement seemedto work fine, but we realized the coffee was watered down when we filled our own Kcups. I was send a new k cup and the same thing happened. They sent me a new machine and the same watered down coffee is what we get. I do not like using the pods due to the waste. I will not purchase another keurig unless they can offer me a model that won't do this. Unfortunately I have spent too much time on this issue over the past few years. It is very disappointing. The quality is no longer there.
I loved it when it worked correctly. I used the warranty when it stopped working. The refurbished replacements (2) they sent were broken. I should have just bought a new one, which I have done now. The quality is not what it was when they first came out.
I bought this for it slim look but I love the fact that the water reservoir can be removed with a handle very easy refilling. And as always Craig makes some of the best coffee ever.
