We’ve had several Kuerigs over the years and they’ve all been great however we purchased a K-Supreme last year and something malfunctioned and Kuerig sent us a new one. They were very good to make this as easy as possible. Thank you for standing by your great product!

I had a problem with the Keurig Supreme coffee maker but Keurig replaced it in a timely fashion. I had an older Keurig coffee maker that I had for a number of years and still works but I wanted something more modern that takes up less space so I purchased the K-Supreme. It is an excellent coffee maker and hopefully it will last as long as the older one did.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very dependable. Makes great coffee. Doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. Takes time to clean it, but it is worth the time. I use the converter so I can use my own grounds in between using the k cup, especially when I have company. Great timesaver.

Just got this and am so amazed how the quality of the pots have gone way down!!!!! Complete, thin plastic that seems very fragile. I liked the quality of these pots when they first came out, but, the price goes sky high and the quality goes down, down.
