I LOVE this coffee pot and Keurig for it's support. My original pot stopped working and was replaced by Keurig. Pot seems to be a bit "touchy" as the first wasn't quite a year old. However, it does have the best features of any Keurig I have ever owned. Sorry to see on the web site that it is no longer produced.
