Initial coffee maker (7 months old) stopped working. Called and sent another one. When I opened the box, the plug was bent, damaged. Called and was sent a new one. Like it so far.

This is now my 3rd Keurig (of the same model( within less than a year. It makes great coffee and I love the white exterior. But 2 previous ones died in less than a year. To be fair Keurig replaced both free of charge

The first time we purchased this gift it was a gift for a family member who really enjoyed our older Keurig at our house. Unfortunately, that first order arrived damaged. Keurig was amazing and handled it wonderfully so that our family member was quickly able to enjoy their replacement. It was everything they had hoped for and it was so nice to leave them with a convenient way to enjoy their coffee in their own home. The choice of stylish colors was another perk because they went with the stylish Silver Sage. Thank you, Keurig and your helpful people!
