My original coffee maker failed to power on I called Keurig and it was replaced. Very professional service represenative who assisted with the issue and the replacement.
I bought my Keurig coffee maker 3 months ago and it stopped working! I called Customer Service and they had me send some pictures and verified my purchase. Once verified, they sent a replacement right away!
Thank you for the replacement of my K-Supreme. However the new one I am not happy because it states I can no longer use the UNIVERSAL filter. So now I have a 3lb can of coffee I cannot use. I have tried your McCafe as well as a flavored Green Mountain pods and don't really care for the flavors. I guess this is a great way for you to force people to buy your pods. Marsha Noller

This coffee maker looks great on my counter. I love the water tank because it is easy to fill and the direction say you can place it in the back or the other side of the maker. Makes great coffee and ice coffee too. We did have a problem with it but Keurig replaced it with just a few documents. Make sure to hang on to your receipt for proof of purchase.
