I bought this in March of 2023. One morning in January of 2024 it just died right in the middle of brewing. I did not have a receipt, but thought I would contact Keurig anyway. I had a new coffee maker in about 7 days. They were so easy to work with. I have had different models of Keurig for over 20 years and will continue to buy them.

These new Keurig coffee makers aren’t worth a crap. They barely make it a year before they’re done, three in a row! My first one lasted about six years.

Warranty Replacement

I bought the K-Supreme Single Serve coffee maker about a year ago. I used purified water from the beginning and never saw any kind of build up. I had the Keurig descaling kit available and decided to descale the coffee maker just for the heck of it. During the descaling process the instructions say to run the water down until you get the low water light. The water ended up running out, never getting the low water light thus causing the Keurig to overheat and I could no longer get it to turn on.
I explained this to the Keurig customer service and after they asked me to do a couple of simple tests and told me they would send me a replacement. NO Problem !!
I now have my new Keurig !!
Keurig's customer service was very helpful in resolving this issue !!

We love this coffee pit, but they never last. We received a new one as a Christmas gift and it only worked a month. We love style of a coffee maker, but sad they only last a couple of months. Buyer Beware.

Called Customer Service late the evening I experienced a problem with my Keurig after descaling. To my surprise I was able to speak with someone and they worked with me to replace my coffee maker once I provided the necessary proof of purchase. Shipping was quick and now I can enjoy my coffee once again!
