We've been Keurig machine people for 20+ years and have loved the machines and coffee from our single serve. Unfortunately the machines do have a limited life, and we've replaced several times. This all goes to - we know the machines. Our last K-Supreme Plus died, we ordered new replacement. The new unit produced tepid coffee. Nothing better came out. Not user error. Add to that the new machine had a smaller water reservoir, and was so chinzy in quality of materials. We sent it back and, after all these years, we have changed to a competitive brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchase the first K Supreme on November 5th 20/20. After Brewing a few cups of coffee the descale light came on. We called Keurig, watch the videos for directions and what to do. Follow the directions. The light would not go off. Reported it to Keurig follow the directions of the operator and they determined arpanet was defective. Receive the new pot and within a week the descale light has come on and no matter what we do will not go off.
I found this to be a big improvement over the old single-serve coffee maker.

Great Product and Excellent Customer Service

I received one of these as a gift a year ago, and unfortunately just recently the bottom started to leak small amounts of water. I called Customer Service and spoke with a knowledgeable rep. In less than a week I received a brand new replacement of the same model!! I couldn't be happier. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!! And I should mention, they are available 7 days a week. Wow.
I have had a lot of Keurig versions over the years. I love this model with having 66 oz of water and option to have the water on side or back. Also the handle is smooth when pushing down to start the coffee. The options for ice or hot is a bonus along with 4 size options. We have this machine in our 5th wheel coffee bar section and fits perfect. I also need to mention since we move it around to store when traveling, the machine is very light weight.
I just bought this to replace my old Kerrigan. It is great. It is smaller and allows me to have room for my K cups. I like this also because it is so quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!
