I love my Keurig coffee maker, and my husband and I use it every day for multiple cups. We recently purchased a replacement because we wore the old one out, but the new one kept stopping in the middle of a brew when the reservoir light came on. I called Customer Service and after answering a few questions and providing my purchase documentation, I had a new brewer on my doorstep in 3 days. Thanks for the great service so I didn't have to miss a single cup of my favorite brew!
