My Keurig that wasn’t even a year old stopped working. I called and was able to get a replacement for it which arrived in 5 days!! The agent was so kind and walked me through the steps to get a new one. The warranty covered everything!!!!
After almost a year of having my machine it just died. I was able to get someone to help me & get the requirements for the replacement. I did the required things & waited a couple weeks. This was to give time due to the replacement being during Thanksgiving. That is where it became complicated. The pictures required on the return email got lost. Then called & tried to get someone to help me, that person tried to create a whole new ticket & process. Called back and they tried to transfer me to someone else due to the call being transferred to some other country it kept being dropped or where I could only hear myself. Eventually 4 calls later I got someone who was able to track all the calls & tickets & put them together & eventually get my replacement under warranty sent, after almost 2 months of the original call.
Bought a single cup Keurig K-supreme 6 months ago, it quit working after descaling. Called customer service and a new coffee maker was sent, since the original one was still under warranty.
I had a Keurig Supreme that was less than a year old that just stopped turning on one morning. I called the keurig service number, after a couple of questions, he ordered me a new one and in about 5 or 6 days I had my replacement . I did have my receipt from the original purchase , that helped so save your receipt !!
Had to have my Keurig replaced because I did the scaler cleaning. Great experience with Keurig to have it replaced and shipped to me. Only problem is it was shipped in it's retail box and by the time I got it, the box had crushed corners and a big hole in the box which caused a scratch down the side of the Keurig itself. It was just a cosmetic issue because it works just fine. I couldn't go another day without having my Keurig so I didn't complain or send it back.
I purchased a K-Supreme Keurig a few weeks ago. It wasn’t working properly but Keurig Customer Service was outstanding and I received a replacement quickly! Love the new design! It leaves more counter space and works great!
