I received it a month ago and my husband and I are enjoying it! I used the office one for a couple of years and when I retired I had to get one for my home.
I was disappointed that.my Keurig had failed, so when a friendly voice on the phone assured me that it was still on warranty and that it would be replaced I was very pleased and happy. A week later a new Keurig arrived and I could not be happier. Thank you Keurig.
I like this machine, but it is a replacement for the machine that I purchased 2 months ago. It seems to me that the original should have worked longer than that. I'm hoping that this one lasts long enough for it to be worth while. I have to give Keurig props, however, they replaced the machine for no cost relatively easily.
Our Keurig coffee maker stopped working right after the year warranty expired. We contacted Keurig and they said the would still honor the warranty and sent us a new unit. I love companies that stand behind their products.
I only use the k-cup universal coffee filter. If you happen to put a little bit too much coffee/pass the full mark, it will explode. Making a mess all over the place. Never happened with my old 2.0 but after years of use it finally died. I could fill my filter all the way up and never had it explode.
