This was a FREE replacement as I purchased one of these a few months ago and it stopped giving me the correct amount of water. Had for approx 2 weeks and starting to have issues already grounds in my coffee on occasion I do not get the proper amount of coffee I am do disappointed with keurig
We purchased a K-Supreme in April of 2023..... It stopped working in December of 2023 and we made inquiry as to the Keurig Warranty. It was a bit involved, but after having returned the broken unit, we received a replacement. The entire process took about three weeks which is a long time to be without your coffee maker. We are satisfied with the replacement and would purchase a Keurig again, if needed.
