I would not recommend this product. My husband bought this for me as a Xmas gift. I had it 3 weeks and it quit working completely. Had a hassle to get a new one. Finally got it. So far it’s working. We will see how long this one works for. With every cup I think well when will this one not work.!!!!🤷♀️🤦♀️😔
I really like everything about the machine, it’s sleek design, fast brewing and ability to produce tasty coffee is amazing. BUT….this is my second one within a year because the first one died after doing the descaling. I was concerned about this before buying the first one as I read so many reviews about this happening. I thought surely if I followed the instructions it wouldn’t happen to me-wrong!! Also, when I contacted customer service the first person said it wasn’t under warranty but could give me a discount on another one. I was not happy, I went back and forth with her until she transferred me to another person, who said it WAS under warranty and would send me a new one for free! I had a year warranty so beware of the trickery when you call. It’s a nice machine, but has flaws with the descaling process.
This a ksupreme warranty replacement and sadly, there is STILL no multi-streaminh going on! Just dribbles a single stream as if pump is not strong enough
I bought a keurig a little over a year ago, one morning it just quit. I contacted Keurig company about this. Keurig representative got right on it and sent a replacement. That’s the fastest return response I have ever had. Thank you
