This coffee maker produces coffee really quickly and I only refill the reservoir once a day (for 3 coffee drinkers in the house). Eleven months after purchasing it, the device died on me. I called customer service and they helped me troubleshoot, and when that did not work they made arrangements to ship me a replacement. I was really surprised when I received the (new) replacement - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Hey I bought this coffee maker about 10 months ago to bring down to the winter house,never kept the sales receipt ,when we finally tried it out it just didn't work ,was going to just say the heck with it causes I had no or off of purchase,the next door neighbor said call m ,I did told the tail and they said send pic did. Well they stood tall and replaced the unit. What a great company thanks u got my business from here on out
We received a replacement coffee maker from Keurig in a very timely manner. The process from beginning to end was excellent. We love our Keurig coffee maker. Thank you Keurig.
When the descale light wouldn't stop blinking, I called - expecting them to tell me how I messed up the descaling process. Instead, they sent me a new Keurig!
Best experiance I have had returning a product. The staff had some questions about the coffee maker and we tried plugs in the house to determine it was not my power issue. The coffee maker was not working. Filled out some forms and pictures and a new coffee maker was shipped out to my home in 3 days.
