Nice coffee pot other than the descaling problem

I owned it for aprox. 4 months and it worked great until it required descaling. I always ran distilled water like my old Keurig that lasted 4 years. I tried descaling with the Keurig product and it shut down and would not come back on. Keurig did send me a new coffee pot that is working great

My current coffee pot is a warranty replacement from Keurig. My other coffee pot just stopped working after only 4 months and I only drink one cup of coffee per day. This will most likely be my last Keurig because they don't allow a warranty on replacements, which means they won't even guarantee them to work for 1 year! And there are so many things they require in order to honor a warranty and not just proof of purchase with serial # on the receipt. I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE WITH A WARRANTY!!
