I purchased this product and it worked really good, but after approx 4-5 months it quit working. I called Kurig, and they sent me a replacement. after checking further, I found out. this is a common problem with this Model, it has an internal reset button, that you cannot get to. I will buy a different brand next time.
My coffee maker is working great after your replacement was received. I am hopeful that I won't have any problems with this one. Thank you for your service in replacing . Vickie did a marvelous job in understanding the problem. She was absolutely great as your Customer Care Specialist and I was happy that I finally got to speak to her. The others were not very helpful.
My K cup Supreme quit working after a few months. I sent Keurig a few pictures of my Keurig and they sent replacement within a week. Hopeful that replacement will have a longer life. They did take care of my issue,
Was purchased in August 2023 and completely stopped working in December. Second unit that stopped working in less than a year. Don’t have much hope for the replacement.
A convenient coffeemaker that works fine for several months until it no longer does. Fine warranty service though. The previous 3 stopped working and this is my fourth one, hoping for the best.
