Warranty Replacement

I have purchased 3 Keuigs K coffee makers and gave 2 out for gifts and found they are quick and convenient , I had a problem with mine not powering up and the company helped me through the replacement warranty process . I think they should advise owners to run a cup of hot water through the unit to clean lines when your done making coffee for the day . Also a reset button on the bottom of the unit would be helpful . All in All it was still was a good buy to make a fast cup of coffee.

Functional, however …..

It is functional and quite plasticy. If that’s even a word. Functional. I do have a problem with the coffee pods being too tall. The cups get crushed and then coffee grounds and water come out the top. The hot tea pods work great but the coffee pods are too tall and make a complete mess. It might have to go back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
